My dishwasher gave out, leaking and not running cycles. I absolutely HATE hand-washing and thankfully Protection LLC was able to send someone out to fix the issue. Steve came to inspect the dishwasher, found the problem, and even returned another day with everything he needed to take care of the problem. In less than 30 minutes, Steve had replaced the faulty part, gave me a little visual of the problem and what he was fixing, and had it running in top order! Thankfully I don’t have to deal with getting a new dishwasher or another day of handwashing. Steve was also very nice and professional and even won over my very curious toddler’s respect, lol. Highly recommend!
